Aluminum Alloy Frame

The MOSSO and Zhuote co-branded complete bike model C8pro (26 models) uses a 7005 ultra-light three-draw tube frame. The top tube is square with a butted tube process; the down tube is square on the top and horizontal square on the bottom, which increases frame stiffness while allowing better power transfer. The upper and lower tubes of the front fork are different squares,and the middleof the fork uses a horizontal diamond triangle,providing good shock absorption and increasedrigidity. The frame weight varies by size, ranging from 1.35KG to 1.43KG. It is currently the lightest triple-butted 7005 aluminum alloy frame available.

MOSSO 7005 Aluminum Alloy

The 7005 aluminum alloy used by the MOSSO brand has high strength and good weldability, can be strengthened by heat treatment, and is commonly used to manufacture trusses, rods, containers for transportation vehicles, as well as sports equipment such as tennis rackets and baseball bats. It is often used to manufacture welded structures that require both high strength and high fracture toughness, such as large heat exchangers, and components that cannot undergo solid solution treatment after welding.
