The MOSSO and Zhuite co-branded complete bike model C8pro (26 models) uses a 7005 lightweight aluminum alloy frame. The top tube is square with a tapered tube process, while the down tube has a longitudinal square shape on the upper part and a transverse square shape on the lower part, which increases frame rigidity and allows for better power transfer. The upper and lower tubes of the fork use different square shapes, making pedaling more efficient and acceleration more direct when sudden bursts are needed. The middle of the fork features a horizontal diamond triangle, providing good shock absorptionand increased rigidity. The frame weight varies by size, ranging from 1.35kg to 1.43kg. It is currently the lightest triple-butted 7005 aluminumalloy frame available.

Lightweight Aluminum Alloy Integrated Aero Handlebar

Lightweight, strong hardness, corrosion resistance, and other advantages. The integrated bent handlebar means that the handlebar and stem are designed as a single unit, which usually provides better strength and rigidity.

Made of lightweight alloy material, the weight is kept within a reasonable range, while the optimized heat dissipation design extends the brake pad life. Compared with the previous generation product, the R7070's brake caliper clearance has increased by 10%, reducing interference and noise during braking, while also improving the smoothness of handling.

High Modulus Carbon Fiber Fork

High-modulus carbon fiber is durable and lightweight, has a strength greater than iron, is lighter than aluminum, safer, corrosion-resistant, high-density, and has good flexibility.

Multi-layer reverse silk cross weaving enhances the flexibility of the front fork.

MOSSO 7005 Aluminum Alloy

The 7005 aluminum alloy used by the MOSSO brand has high strength and good weldability, can be strengthened by heat treatment, and is commonly used to manufacture trusses, rods, containers for transportation vehicles, as well as sports equipment such as tennis rackets and baseball bats. It is often used to manufacture welded structures that require both high strength and high fracture toughness, such as large heat exchangers, and components that cannot undergo solid solution treatment after welding.
